She embodies and articulates life through a deeper connection to her feminine essence interwoven with cycles of rhythm and rap, prose and prayer, as poet, writer, storyteller, transformational coach and oracular channel.

Her coaching and her way of being - a renegade holistic approach - based on her own reclamation of deeper intimacy with her own true nature, combining her soulful commitment to transparency, vulnerability and accountability and a radical willingness to follow her intuition, Angie lays a strong foundation foremost toward living life based on radical authenticity.
Over 6 decades she has cultivated the skilful means to co-create a sacred, sovereign space for the organic unfolding and emergence of her true essence whilst also staying true to the path. This, a true reclamation of mastery...living, loving and laughing whilst allowing life's ebbs and flows. She's been feeling, healing and revealing the words and wonder of woman for as long as she can remember.
Born Angela Maria-Goretti Fitzgerald, in the summer of '63, in Rockhampton, Australia, she grew up sensitive, but soulful. Extroverted, yet loving and needing alone time, she played by the rules, coloured in between the lines, loved to read and talk a lot and shoot hoops with her sis, bounce balls, ride her bike and play footy with her bro's in the back yard. A bit of a tomboy, (secretly seeking the approval of her father), she is the third child of four (say no more :)). A speech impediment at the age of 6 called her to speech therapy and here she found her love of reading and performing poetry. An avid sports fanatic, world traveller, spiritual junkie (recovered) she deferred a university degree in journalism to only now become the poetess and writer that was wilding itself inside her all those years ago. A loving 30 yr marriage, since separated, (they surrendered the marriage and saved the love), and two beautiful adult children, she loves exploring anything creative, art, interiors, indoors and outdoors, clay and colour. She's both mountains and beach, romantic comedy's and docos, life and death, fish and salad, dogs and dolphins, salt and pepper, friend and family, extrovert and introvert, laughter and tears. She loves flow and slow, fierce and fertile living. Through her reclamation of eldership, shaped by the rich harvesting of her lived experience her wisdom is still ripening through time and her soul path continues rising up to meet and merge with her - rooted in it's rightful place and rightful timing.

With over 4 decades and possibly 20000 plus hours of experience spanning corporate leadership, parent education, rites of passage, intuitive coaching, energetic bodywork, group facilitation, and her compelling willingness to open courageous conversations she is a fierce, yet compassionate loving guide to the many who have been called to work with her.

In 2019, through one of many mystical awakenings she received and responded to the call of the ‘sophianic’ wisdom (The wisdom of Sophia, the Mother Gaia), deepening her devotion and accelerating her work and creativity. Offering her the name, “Mia Sophia”, now her gifted Muse, she has authored her first book, PHONENIX SHE RISES – a powerful transmission of the resurgence of the sacred feminine energy.
Always looking to move toward her edge she is expanding her repertoire recording spoken word poetry and sacred womb awakening meditations, rapidly elevating her as a feminine creatrix and luminary figure in spiritual directorship within the labyrinth of the evolving human experience. Watch this space - it's a new edge and in the spirit of radical honesty, "I'm sacred" and I can't turn back so I'm leaning in and giving it my best shot. Arghhh!!!
Moving between poetic expression and divine communion with self and other as effortlessly as she moves between loving her children, ocean swims, nature walks, reading and podcasts, listening, dancing and cleaning house to the hits of the 60’s, 70’s and 80’s, she's deeply rooted in her ancestral Danish, Irish and English heritage. In her heart of hearts she is an all Australian woman living happily on Bundjalung country, in the vibrant coastal town of Byron Bay, New South Wales.
Oh, and she loves to laugh...And, she loves to sing really loud in the car!
