Shipping Terms

DOMESTIC DELIVERY (Within Australia)

 

For all domestic order a shipping fee of AUD$11.00 will be charged.

 

We use the Standard Shipping Service provided by Australia Post. Due to all orders being shipped from Regional NSW, we allow for 7 day delivery from the time and date of purchase through our website.

 

Each order comes with a tracking number. Please ensure you provide your email or phone number to ensure safe tracking. Without this we cannot provide tracking.

 

Please contact us directly via email if you have a specific date you require your order. We cannot guarantee however we will endeavour to the best of our ability make this possible.

 

Please ensure your address details are correct when purchasing through all payment methods. We cannot be held responsible if the address you provided is incorrect at the time of shipping. You have the opportunity to confirm your address on the Review and Submit your order page on checkout.

 

Please contact us immediately via email with “URGENT ORDER ADDRESS CHANGE” in subject and we will do what we can to rectify if the order has not been shipped.

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY (Outside Australia)

 

For International shipping we offer a flat rate:

 

USA: $25.00

UK:    $28.00

NZ:    $15.00

 

Orders will be sent out using Registered International Air Mail provided by Australia Post. Delivery times of your order varies depending on your country. Please contact us prior to ordering online if you need a more definitive delivery date (which can be supplied by Australia post but subject to change). All international orders have tracking available. Please contact us if you would like extra coverage such as insurance prior to your order being shipped.

 

You may be liable for import and/or customs duties on your order depending on where you are in the world and you will be responsible for paying these duties to release your order from customs upon arrival.  Please contact your local international post office for more details pertaining to your country.

 

Please ensure your address details are correct when purchasing through PayPal. We cannot be held responsible if you the incorrect address on your order is provided once your order has shipped. You will always have the opportunity to confirm your address on the Review & Submit your order page on checkout.

 

Please contact us immediately if you realise you have supplied the incorrect information and we will do what we can if the order has not yet shipped.

 

REFUNDS:

 

Our packaging ensures the safe arrival of your parcel in original condition. We are not responsible if the package is delivered to you damaged. We take responsible care in providing adequate protection of your order and will not refund as a result of damaged goods on delivery.

 

If goods are returned all items must be in their original condition without any visual appearance that it has been used or opened. All books must be unopened for a refund or exchange. If any book is not to standard and has any printing error the owner was originally unaware of please contact our company via email and notify and on noting any visible imperfections will exchange accordingly. Please supply photographs or link with us over technological communications.
